• Accommodations in hotels or resorts of a standard equal to or higher than those specified in your tour itinerary
• Transportation to& from all scheduled destinations and activities
• Meals as specified in your tour itinerary
• Guided tours & activities as outlined in your itinerary
• 24-hour emergency assistance

We understand that a successful trip relies on the quality of these basic services & we are committed to ensuring that they are provided to you in a timely & efficient manner.

If for any reason these basic services are not provided as promised, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

We won't be condoning any of your actions outside the law or possibly even outside of common sense. This is not a booze cruise & we are not your parents. You must respect the laws of Thailand & if you are caught breaking the law, the most we may do is contact your embassy.

We will remain focused on the topics at hand & refrain from delving into sensitive or divisive subjects such as politics and religion.

We understand that these topics may be important to some but in order to maintain a respectful & productive environment for all group members, we ask that these conversations be had outside of our trip. 

We have zero tolerance for hate speech, racism & the like. 

We abhor in no uncertain terms violence of any kind towards women & children.
